How we work for you

At CORONA we do care of your product from raw materials up to shipping. Even more, we conceive it before it exists.

We begin with a thorough design followed, prior to production, by a series of stringent tests on the single components and on the final product: it is so that we get the best performance and reliability.

Our tooling department supplies moulds and equipment needed for production, ready to keep them in efficiency with maintainance. It's here that we source the moulds we use to get the raw die-casted parts produced by our foundry.

Not all the components required for a good product may be manufactured directly by us; to get them consistent with our high quality standard and to minimize inefficiencies, we carefully select our suppliers with whom we seek to establish a lasting relationship of trust.

The various production lines turn purchased materials in components ready for the final assembly. Before becoming your finished product, we submit each step to inspection and testing; over a hundred from materials incoming up to the last functional check on each product.
