The BCD diaphragm fuel lift pumps

This is the most requested pump in BCD products range: from the older gasoline engines to the newest diesel injection, the diaphragm pump balances low cost and tailored performance to transfer the correct amount of fuel from the tank to the injection system.

Key features of this family of pumps are:

Working pressures from 5 up to 40 kPa (1-6 psi)
Flow-Rates from 30 up to 120 lt/h (9-40 gph)

Our products have always been distinguished due to their technical innovations, some of them patented, such as:

the double diaphragm, that offers greater safety whenever it breaks, avoiding that fuel mixes up with the engine oil;
the umbrella valve, that provides a better seal and prevents the pump's discharge while the engine is not running, thus making faster the start-up.

To allow a longer operating time, the materials we choose are only high quality materials: in particular the most delicate components, such as valves and diaphragm, must withstand over the years to hundreds millions pulsations.
